Tarzan!

A few times a year we have to control our wee jungle on the patio - the ivy and jasmine on the back wall needs cutting back big time. We have two nests there and birds still pop in and out every day, gifting us with their beautiful birdsong, so we go canny so as not to destroy anything. The hibiscus needs cut back over the stairs leading upstairs to our bedroom and the much-loved banana tree which bore fruit over the last 8 months was cut down to make space for the others to take over. Bb was sitting quietly on the patio this morning when I came downstairs with my plans!

All finished now though, and and as he said on his blip, nothing quite like visitors to kick you into action. This time it's two Edinburgh blipper friends before we go to Scotland and one from Cairo as soon as we get back. Looking forward to seeing them!
