Forgetful Rose

So, some of my roses have forgotten that it's winter. They got pruned anyway, leading to this finding itself in a champagne flute on the kitchen island (after I photographed it, natch). I ummed and ahhed between this and one from the top, but I like this a little better - and the petal on the left really won me over here.

I also took four photos of a dandelion clock, at f2.5, f4, f5.6, and f8. I perhaps should have used a tripod so that focus was exactly the same each time; still they were fairly close.
