Istanbul (Day 2)

Visited the Hagia Sophia which was only 1 street away from where we were staying (self guided tour using an interactive map - very impressive!)

Being Friday the Blue Mosque was closed to visitors until 2:30pm but we enjoyed viewing it from the outside.

The day finished with a visit to the underground Cisterns - supported by 236 marble columns. Lovely & cool :)

Then it was time to board the ship ......
