The Way North . . . . .

. . . . . from Christchurch goes over the Kahutara River, near Kaikoura. I loved these reflections in the still water. A couple of black swans flew over, but somehow they didn't fly into the image!   You can't win them all eh.
The sky was amazing today, with a very pronounced nor-west arch. Snow is forecast for the south of the South Island for this week.

Yesterday's spoonbill only just made it into Blip this afternoon - some very late blipping going on!
