Fennel

Spent the morning proof reading an article a friend wrote about the history and uses fennel, and the afternoon noticing fennel growing everywhere at the roadside.

My mum is walking the camino to Santiago de Compostela and I am here for a few days to walk to the coast with her. This was near where I met her at Monte do Gozo, the last hill before Santiago.
