This rhubarb cake is back in the oven for the fourth time; three times looking good, toothpick clean and all that, three times tipped out of the tin, three times not fully cooked, back in the tin, back in the oven, oven turned up!! It might end up us dry as sawdust but I'm determined to get it fully done. There's always whippy cream in the fridge, at hand as a moisturiser.
