Dragonfly

I had an appointment this morning with the Doctor at the hospital about my broken shoulder.  He was really pleased with my progress and has discharged me from the hospital.  Woo Hoo exactly six months since I broke it.  He says the movements that are still sticking will take up to a year from the accident to mend but they should be fine.  Hurrah.

It was such a lovely day I took my camera and zoom lens up to Hampstead Heath near the hospital to watch the Swan family (which is in the extra photograph) but was captivated by the Dragonflies that it has taken pride of place as my picture for today.
