Last day

Today was busy. I spent a lot of time on the phone chasing a referral for my mum. I managed to get her an appointment at 2.46 TODAY with a knee specialist. He said.....yes it's your knee....BUT as you have been referred for your spine you need to be RE-referred! Honestly I needed to be held back from the sheer stupidity of the system which has taken me 3 weeks of constant phoning to get the referal this far. The laugh of it is, when she is RE-referred she will most likely end up with THE SAME MAN!!!! that makes me mad!!

It was my last day at the new place. I have really enjoyed my week and been very hands on. I left them some biscuits and a thank you card.
It all feels very weird and emotional now though, drawing to a close.

Went to the gym n did powerplates then was allowed into box fit with my finger. 3 weeks feels like a life time. No gloves or pads could be worn.
On the positive side, the mobile speed can doesn't seem to have had me at 36 in a 30x
