Aruncus

I love the feathery display of the Aruncus and the deeply dissected foliage which adds substance and lightness to the back of the border even when the featheriness is cut back.
I didn't work in my garden today. I've been studying philosophy with reflection and meditation at a lovely old country house. Great day with lots of dear old friends. I will be joining them again at 6 am tomorrow so goodnight and sleep well.
