Number 7

The car was at the other end of town, which gave us an excuse to get out at an ungodly hour in what can only be described as the pissings of rain.  I haven't seen anything like it for a while, but it still felt summery. 

We got the number 7 to Leith, then up to Manna House on Easter Road for this amazing beetroot and caraway  and Charcoal and Walnut bread, and lots more.  Then on to Morningside for some nice cheese with a lovely coffee facilitated by a sleepy baby.

A very pleasant lunch as the sun started to come out, a few minutes at the allotment picking strawberries and weeding garlic, then the first proper BBQ of the year.
