Happy 4th July Cupcake

The 1st Saturday of the month with the farmers' market and coffee and cake in Church seems to come around more quickly with every month.

As it is the 4th July, American Independence Day, I decided to make these cupcakes to fit the theme. I thought they might have been more popular, maybe the 'dairy free' label put some people off. They were delicious although I say it myself.

It has been a tennis marathon this afternoon. I was only intending to watch the Murray match but ended up watching Federer win and then James Ward lose. Murray has just won so now it's time to blip and then shut down (or up) for the night.
