A cycle in the sun this afternoon, and home in time to see Andy Murray's match at Wimbledon (Go #MURY!)  The inventor of padded shorts really does deserve a medal.  Today's cycle was much more comfortable than before.

Made chicken kievs for dinner tonight, after seeing them done on Saturday Kitchen this morning.  I wonder how long I could last cooking what I see on TV each week?
