Relaxation

Woke to pouring, heavy rain But by the time I'd finished at Aveda (lovely!) it had dried enough for a walk along the beach, brunch and the papers at the Beach House and then home for some window box refreshing.
Decide to go and see the new film Amy....very good although so sad to watch her decline and how little anyone could do to help.
By the time I got out the sun was out and it was a lovely warm evening. Passed the old Infirmary building-shame it's still derelict.
Improvised the spicy sausage and mushroom pasta dish that I love from Contini's....pretty good though I say so myself!....then settled down to book a holiday
