French Marigold

We have backblipped some pictures from yesterday's seaside trip as we were rather tired after our day out.

Today has been much quieter and we have spent the day catching up on some of those little household jobs that tend to be put on the back burner for as long as possible!  These marigolds are blooming well at the moment and don't seem to attract the black flies quite as much as the old fashioned English ones do. 

The clegg bites are beginning to disperse, the swelling is less and I had a better night's sleep last night so fingers crossed there will be nothing to report in a couple of days!
