Away Day

We had an 'away day' at work today. Basically, a day out of the office visiting some where as a team to complete work related activities which encourages team work and work development.

Today we visited the Regent Street Campus. We all completed activities that consisted of testing our personality types and discussing the pros and cons of having such varied personalities in a team. We also planned a video that we are all going to create about the Registry, which we will show to new students enrolling in September. We discussed various ideas to build team work and improve the quality of our working environment and customer service. It was interesting, and I actually quite enjoyed myself.

However, today was apparently the hottest day in 9 years. My phone temperature showed 38degrees at one point. Me and Sali, although we enjoyed the away day... We were so excited to get out at lunch. We found a little park just off of Oxford Street. It was absolutely packed, we sunbathed for the hour of lunch we had. I couldn't believe how busy this little park was.

Once the away day was finished, we continued to enjoy the sun, and also stopped off at some shops too (clothes and air con, I couldn't say no!)
