Colouring in for relaxation.

To help me calm mind I took the advice of a friend and bought a colouring book. To be honest at first I couldn't see why this would help but after spending almost 2 hours colouring (and not realising) I felt a lot calmer and relaxed. It's also the prefect way to spend a very rainy Scottish summer day. Lucky for me my partner is a graphic designer so he has a surplus of colouring pencils for me to use.
