The conjunction a few days late

I live in an area where we normally have clear skies most days of the year.

So I have been a bit disappointed with how many cloudy nights we have had during the time Jupiter and venus were at their closest.

Even tonight there were still quite a few clouds in the sky.  But I ultimately got a shot which I liked.
