Beyond means

... I did more work than expected; 
... I enjoyed the table tennis practice/match this evening as there was less pain in my back/neck; 
... I helped to sort out an angry author's complaint of failed re-submission of his revised manuscript in our system;
... I cooked a nice and healthy soup for my dinner rather than joined a BBQ party for fatty meat;
... I'm ready to attend my local Open University's event before I cease my contract (hope not for good);
... I'm looking forward to viewing the Tall Ships Fireworks Show tomorrow night at the Titanic.
... I can't wait to take a shower - there I go ;-)
