Day by Day

Another vey hot summer day. Lucky me, I could spend it again in a slightely cooler training room. Each time we took a break, I was greeted outside by Anselm Reyle's commissioned art installation. It is a kaleidoscopic array of colored panels which stretch across several floors in one of our buildings in Zurich. The artists says: "I'm interested in riding the border of tastelessness". Kind of resonates with me :-)

The nice thing about trainings is that you always learn stuff for yourself too and they normally finish at a reasonable time. So, crossing the lake to get back home, getting the food shopping done for the weekend and off I went for 1km swim in a 50m outdoor pool at Fohrbach at 7pm.

Let the first really hot summer weekend begin!
