It must be Sunday

I do like a relaxing Sunday. Especially when I think I might have a touch of sun stroke (feeling dizzy and sick and keep falling asleep). Out from 7:30am until 5:30pm refereeing and coaching at the kids football tournament. No sun cream (it was overcast, drizzling and about 10 degrees when I left) and not enough to drink will do that to you. I can't smile or wear trousers without pain.
