And...We're off!!!

Following an amazing month at home with our friends and family Lou and I set off on our trip of Central & South America. We start by swapping the green countryside of Ireland for the turquoise coast of Mexico. The plan for the next 8 months is to do 2 months in Central America and 6 months in South America with a flight booked home for the 8th December.
