Battered and bruised

I have finally admitted defeat and sought medical help for my leg after hurting it  see blip 15 June.  It has slowly been getting worse rather than better, so on the advice of my GP off to A&E I went. Thankfully it isn't broken, but it is still very swollen and bruised. I have to sit with it elevated and go back for a review on Monday.

Our garden is also battered and bruised after last night's stunning thunderstorm, and impressive hail and rain. Couldn't decide which of today's photo's to blip so you have others from the garden in extras. just love the rain drop on this one and the colours in the others.

Hopefully the garden and my leg will soon recover, and thank goodness for the NHS. Superb service today.
