Wool away again....
Took a load of fat lambs up to the mart at Stirling first thing. Managed to get to the by pass by 7am,so the traffic not too bad. Looking at the queue coming in at Newbridge I'm glad I don't commute from Fife every day !
The shearing crew here to do the blackies on one of the hills and in bye fields. Then they did these hoggs that weren't ready when the others were done,as they are nursing lambs.
I kept out the way and spent the afternoon finishing off the tyres on the silage pit here. Was well knackered by the time I got them all on. Only the pit next door to do now.
Went down the road to check the cattle tonight,as we had a huge thunder and lightning storm during the night which knocked the power out for a while. They were all there and no worse for wear !
