Bargain hunters

The speaker ar the Quilt Club this evening was the producer, with his family, of a beautiful range of quilters fabrics. He showed us the mouthwatering fabrics made into sample quilts. He had brought with him packs of fabrics and at one third the recommended price, there was soon a scrum to buy the best bits.
It has been a bit cooler today, but we didn't receive any of the promised rain. The garden is dry and the lawn is beginning to look like straw.
