When we posed with his mum on Sunday we were keeping a secret

Graham had been having problems with his right eye
because of his mum he knew there was a likelihood that he had glaucoma
but he wanted her to enjoy her day

oh yes and because he's male and woosy

so today I took him to the optician and by 11:30 our world changed

it wasn't glaucoma
probably a detached retina - take a photo to check
it wasn't a detached retina
probably CVA

or medical speak for a stroke

we had lunch and went to the GP

she's fairly certain of the diagnosis 

so based on the NHS 24 hour commitment on strokes we are spending tomorrow at the hospital
