tags and a bollard

Another hot day. Totally missed the storm last night as was fast asleep. Woke what must've been soon after with my shoulder playing up again though. 
The pain has continued throughout the day despite the drugs.  If it carries on for much longer, It's making me realise how much I move just having a conversation!
Anyway, turns out my boy isn't feeling too great either.  Grumpy boy - tired and teething.  Hopefully some paracetamol and a good night's sleep will sort us both out. 
Good news, by the way, my work have just been announced as our local Sainsburys's charity of the year! this is pretty huge.
