mechanically separated

found this at the back of the cupboard, a remnant from the greenbelt festival last year. i don't know what mechanically separated chicken is, or what on earth it is doing in a hot dog, but i think we can all agree that this is the most unappetising description of food ever. i'd love to tell you that they ended up in the bin, but that would be wasteful.

another great day of primary school work but was too exhausted to play squash at the end of it. sorry tjc.

i forgot to mention that the beth fletcher documentary is out. it was so much fun to film the creative process of a genius, but even more fun to get it finished. enjoy!

on the subject of videos, we've just finished our end of year highlights video and it really is incredible. andy has done a great job of editing and it really is a great snapshot of our year. can't wait to share it on monday!
