"Poetry. Sheer poetry".  That's what the advertisement for another Talbot read, namely the 1980 Tagora 2.2.  The brand's tagline at that time was, "Talbot takes you further", as far as 1983 for the Tagora.

A few years later, an advertisement for their hot hatch was, "Talbot does it again", and the new tagline was "On the move"..., out?

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but somehow "Talbot" does not seem to be an optimal brand name.
