Thrush

I'm so pleased to have this bird nesting in the garden Until this year I had been years without seeing thrushes. They were a common sight in my childhood, bashing snails to unwrap their meal.

In the afternoon I went to a meeting about a community cookery book, it involved a nice group of ladies and I have been pleased to help with scanning some artwork.
