Secret Garden

Had a lunchtime rendezvous with Head Beekeeper today at the walled garden in Vogrie. This is where our hives have been sitting for the past couple of years - a much warmer and more sheltered spot than in our village. However HB is not too happy with them - a couple of hives are doing fine but the other 2 are sadly quiet. In fact the busiest bees seemed to be the ones living in a hole at the top of the 20 foot wall.
