The cargo ship Timca (NL) heads for Greenock - looking surprisingly glamorous against the livid backdrop of cloud above Ayrshire. As I type, it may well be passing the much larger cruise ship Boudicca leaving port en route for Portugal - information found on the fascinating website http://www.shipais.com/currentmap.php?map=RiverClyde, which I can't resist refreshing to check on what's going on outside my window.
