Coconut harvesting !

Weather was much improved when I woke early this morning . I'm still in UK time , so I'm awake by 2.30am , which is when I try to catch up on Blip commenting - although I really should try and get back to sleep in an attempt to slip in to the correct time zone .
I was ready to leave for the beach by 7am, and just as I opened the front door , I noticed this local guy climbing up the tree and cutting down the coconuts, which they sell alongside the road (and on some beaches , where they add ice and rum to to the coconut milk ) My sister - in - law arrived today , so the fun starts here ... who knows what tomorrow may bring !
