Not sure what to do

We finally heard the words no one wanted to hear my nan is not going to get better - I really had to fight back the tears today as I love my nan so much - the painkillers don't seem to be working and it is difficult for her to move - I really thought I would see a big improvement from last week but it is not to be it is so sad - everyone is trying to be upbeat for my grandad to stop him from crying
