Olympic fever builds on the Mound

Even though the Olympics are happening in London, the organisers are trying to encourage buy-in from the rest of the UK outside London, and as part these huge Olympic rings have gone up on the Mound near the castle. Originally, it was proposed to have the rings hanging on Castle rock below the castle, however, Historic Scotland put an end to that. The Olympic torch is due in the city this Wednesday, and I imagine that there will be crowds to see it (I might be with them to get a blip!).

Went to see 'The Pact' this afternoon at Cineworld, which was actually quite creepy and good ... eek!
