Hiding from the sun

I only ventured into the garden today, not a fan of hot weather. I was looking for a macro and took a few flowers. I then heard a bird sound and popped my head inside a bush. Sitting quietly, shading itself from the sun and unmoved by my presence, I saw this little bird. I had the macro lens in but took it anyway and it came out ok.

Quiet night tonight before my trip tomorrow for radiotherapy. Hoping it will ease the pain. Anyway it should help.
