Summer has arrived!

Well it's one extreme to another isn't it? Unseasonably cool and wet to insanely hot overnight. To celebrate, we ate strawberries macerated in cheery flavoured balsamic vinegar (amazing) and caught up on day 2 at wimbledon. How very english! 

To be fair, I didn't see much of the sun as I was indoors working all day, then when I went out for tea in the yard, my hayfever went crazy. I don't even usually suffer nowadays. So I didn't stay out that long... but today will be different. I'm hoping to finish the wedding today, which means waiting for pics to export/upload... plenty of time to sit outside.
