Sourdough Starter

My sourdough starter is ready to use and is now on the way, I hope, to being a crusty, holey brown loaf. At the moment it is proving under this very fetching shower hat - a top tip from my teenage daughter who bought it for me. Half of my starter has been given to Gloria, my blip buddy, so we'll see if Gransden sourdough becomes a thing!
