50mm f1,4

And I found it difficult getting things (eyes) in focus with f1.8! The new 50mm is good. Less noisey and quicker than the Nifty Fifty. I like the focal length on a full frame sensor (though a 35mm beckons one day!). Colours are good though not as nice as the 85mm lens I have (very rich).

Now to Google chromatic aberration....
