Jason left for his ‘team building’ course based at a Bowness hotel and Jane suggested a walk to the pub in the afternoon…..... but not one in the village. 

She chose the 'Mortal Man' in the next valley, so it was a 3 mile walk there over the hill and 4 miles back around the side of it. Think that’s the hardest I’ve ever worked for half a pint. 

There was no chance of a photo on the way over as Jane was setting a fast pace but we took it more leisurely on the return and this cow kindly posed for some photos.
