The Mini Kelpies, 3 metre high versions of the real thing, are in Edinburgh for the summer. They are to drum up visitors to the real thing, apparently. I reckon they'll do the same for the west end of Princes Street too. There is a wee morph like man at the base of Duke, who looks like he is appealing to the horse not to hassle the passer-by.
