BULLFINCH

We went out early with the dogs before it got too hot.  We were lucky enough to spot a pair of bullfinches on the path. They seem to have become quite scarce around here so we were very excited!

Mr.MS7 continued with removing the ivy roots, the main root measures about 10 inches in diameter. He has been sawing and using hammer and chisels - he will continue tomorrow! We took a load of garden rubbish to the recycling centre.
It has been very hot.
