South Downs secrets
Today was my National Trust volunteering day and we were trying to identify various wild flowers, counting the number of positive and negative indicator species of chalk grassland (basically checking the good against the bad!) I know very little about wild flowers but, armed with an illustrated book and a knowledgeable ranger, we found it a very educational day. However, as I still can't identify the flowers I photographed I've decided to blip this ladybird instead!
