After the rain

This is the first day for a while that I have been able to get my bike out for a ride. The fields are very wet and it may be a little longer before the tractors can get on the land. I have spent an inordinate time reading reviews and trying to decide which camera to get for a forthcoming birthday. I want to take better shots with more control and though a dslr would be the obvious choice, it would be cumbersome walking in the mountains and I want the zoom. So it will probably be a bridge, a Fuji HS20 or XS1, a Panasonic FZ150 or possibly a compact system camera. I will have to handle some in a camera shop but if anyone wants to offer some advice, please do!
