A Day at the Beach

Ahh, Manna-Monday again. 

We woke up early and took to the road again as we did last week, and once again experienced a wonderful day in God's creation.

As I mentioned last week, I'm becoming so very aware of Monday as a day of Sabbath. 

So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation. (Genesis 2:3 ESV)

Unlike last week there was a steady stream of cloud banks that decorated the sky from morning to evening. It created a beautiful backdrop that captured my attention and praised Him all day.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Psalm 150:6 ESV)

Tonight we rest with clear minds and grateful hearts. For tomorrow will bring what it will, and we will not be anxious, but at peace.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 ESV)
