Owls, Wands, Scars & Fabric

Had a practical day in the workhouse developing a Harry Potter themed project for some year 5's. We settled for some pewter casting for a load of scar shaped key fobs. First test pieces worked well.

Meanwhile Ms Tuttle renovated a chair that I rescued from a skip years ago (fixed/sanded/painted). She did a sound job of covering the padded seat with owls. Not real ones of course......
......I'm now tempted to get my woodworking in gear again; gotta keep her busy(?)
