Taxing

Went into the Council's Service Point today to change my details, and in doing so, cancel my Council Tax. I waited in the queue for over 20 minutes, only to be handed a form and told to fill it out. Not very helpful. I could have downloaded that online. She wasn't very helpful with my queries either - the reason I didn't just download online. Will give the call centre a call tomorrow instead.
