Gah!

Today was dominated by water.  We looked inside the little sub-basement that is under the master bedroom addition and found like 3 inches of water.  This is not our whole basement, but it was pretty worrisome. We siphoned the water out and I took a look at the sump pump in there.  There was a huge crack in it.  It was probably working anyway (with low flow) except that we got a ton of rain recently.  I tried to fix it, but am now in the market for sump pump parts.
