Beetroot Risotto

Today we took Joel's little sister to The Countryman for her birthday lunch and it was deeelish! Lunch was followed by some shopping and a nice chill out session. Do not feel ready for another week of work already!! The weekends are just too short :( hope you all had a good one and have a good week as we head into July!
