Bike Ride Time

Violin lesson this morning, followed by family Parkfit for the first time in ages. It was rather warm and wearing a green t-shirt seemed to attract all the fly in the vicinity of Butt's field!

Back home for a shower and lunch before we headed out (after Will's seat had been adjusted by 4.5cm! Not too much left on the stem but hopefully it will see us through the year.) for the first group bike ride of the year. They both did really well, Will struggled on the big hill without gears but did his best, Carys got to the top for the first time without stopping. She had new cycling shorts, so handed her older ones down to Will, who found them very peculiar to walk in and looked like he was wearing a nappy. A nice 7miler done, will do more with C on her own, but not bad as a start and after family fit.
