More poppies

Despite the wet start to the day the rain had started to clear by the time we had put our regular Sunday grocery shop away :-)
We headed out for our regular walk out by the farm then down the private road towards the cycle path heading back towards Carnoustie.
Despite the rather ominous dark clouds on the horizon we manage to get home before the rain came on :-)
The rain cleared towards the end of the afternoon and Maeve took advantage of the drier afternoon to laze out in the garden.
The hedgerows are still looking lovely and my extra shot shows the little dog roses which have come into bloom :-)
